Hello! 👋
I’m Tracy Stuntz, the Instructional Designer at Clovis College since Fall 2016. Before Clovis, I worked in instructional design at Fresno State and taught part-time in communication across the SCCCD and Fresno State.
I hold an Ed.D. from Fresno State, where my dissertation focused on the impacts of course design on self-regulated learning behaviors in students. I also have an MS in Instructional Design from Cal State Fullerton and an MA in Communication from Fresno State.

- Canvas Expertise: Using Canvas tools to build user-friendly, structured courses that support easy navigation.
- Fostering Student Interaction and Community: Strategies to enhance student engagement and create a strong course community.
- Learning Outcomes and Course Alignment: Developing and aligning learning outcomes with assessments, activities, and course content.
- Online Teaching Certification: Guidance on becoming certified to teach online.
- Course Review and Updates: Reviewing online courses and suggesting updates using the CVC Course Design Rubric.
- Accessibility Support: Ensuring all materials and tools meet accessibility standards for all learners.
I also offer help with:
- TurnItIn (plagiarism detection)
- Office 365 (cloud-based Office tools)
- Zoom (video conferencing)
- Canvas Integrations (apps for badges, video discussions, multilingual support, textbook integration, etc.)
- Flipping Your Classroom
