Meet Ann!

As the Teaching and Learning Coach for Clovis, I am here to support you with all things related to active and engaged teaching practices, including, but not limited to:

  • Meeting with faculty to discuss best teaching practices to engage students to increase their learning.
  • Meeting with faculty to discuss reading strategies to incorporate into instruction or assignments to improve comprehension and retention of material.
  • Facilitate engaged teaching and learning workshops throughout the semester.
  • Holding hours at the Center for Teaching and Learning at the Herndon Campus Room 110 for informal discussions and suggestions for research-based literature and resources on teaching.
