While several major textbook publishers are providing access to their books and ancillary materials, you may find yourself in a unique situation where your publisher has not made their resources available. Or, perhaps, you have a special edition created for your class. A group of library copyright experts collaborated to release an opinion on fair use practices during this time. Please note that this is not a legal opinion, but an interpretation of fair use and copyright laws given our circumstances along with some suggestions of actions you can take.
